Have updated Classic Shell to the beta v4.20 also. Works fine for me even with the touch feature enabled. Also no problems with the beta version.

Ivo your diagnosis is correct. I have a desktop computer with a touchscreen monitor. Never thought to use other options for scrolling. Thank you for the quick response!

Windows 8.1 - Classic Style - 1920x1080 I use the Control Panel menu to access "Windows Update". After updating Classic Shell above V4.0.4 the menu will not scroll leaving the last four entries unavailable including "Windows Update". Have been waiting for an update to resolve the...
