Right click the Start button -> Settings. Check "Show all settings" and go to the Customize Start Menu tab. In the left column, locate Programs and double click it. Change the icon and click OK everything to save settings. Thanks for the quick reply. That did the trick! And thanks again f...

I am using the "classic with 2-column" layout with Windows 7 and the custom icon I gave to the all programs folder that shows at the bottom of the main window does not show up. When I right click on the folder icon and look at the properties, the new folder icon does appear. But it won't a...
