On April 09 upon logging in, I noticed that shut down, restart, switch users, etc. disappeared from start menu. -Windows 10, using W7 style menu.- In customize start menu I see that shut down is no longer there. I don't know about that in Metro but on desktop I did use Notepad several times today with no problem. Frankly the only time I used Metro was the first day I owned the laptop and then I installed Classic Shell and never used Metro again. I've been fiddling with a couple of things the last hour or so...

As of April 9th the shut down, restart, switch user is missing. Windows 10. I uninstalled and then reinstalled but still the same problem.
