I am still having trouble with Windows 8.1 X64 and Classic Start Menu 4.1.0 Can you tell me if my settings are correct? The problem I am having is, every time a new user logs in and clicks the start button, the Settings menu comes up. I would like to have this disabled. Here my settings in HKLM. htt...
