No (zero) app is shown in Start Menu´s Apps folder, it´s completely empty. In Windows All Apps menu all 35 integrated apps (including Store, Settings, Feedback...) are present. Some work (EDGE e.g.), others don´t (Mail, Contacts) due to previous malware. I don´t know, which folder or registry entry ...
