I'm trying to get the title bar (the one that has the Minus, Maximize and Close buttons) because I have a black start menu and for some reason Windows doesn't put white text on black title bars

Basically I want a classic style start button where its just the windows 8 logo and the word start, but the button is transparent so it can be used on any color. i woudl like a version with white text (for dark colors) and black text (for lighter colors). sorry if im being confusing. I would like a Start button that looks liek the classic 1995 to 2002 start button, but with the Windows 8 logo instead of the Classic Shell logo
