Will the version 4.3.0 check and install a new version or should I instal version 4.3.1 manually?

Hello! Version 4.0.5 causes restart of Windows Explorer after clicking icons on the desktop, in example icon: "This PC" or "Network" or icon of any folder on desktop. First click - is ok, second click - restart, etc. I use Windows 8.1 Pro, polish version with English Language Pack.
