Got it... I've gone in and changed my "Disabled" features to "Enabled" and Locked unchecked Thanks for the help. Gerard

You are missing the value "EnableSettings_State"=0. It should be created automatically if you go through gpedit. It isn't being created. The registry key I included is a full export of the PC which is running with the GPO. You can see that EnableSettings is at 0, but there's no EnableSett...
