| I'm asking for help in opening Classic Shell. It's already downloaded and used every day, but today, May 21, every time I click on it, Windows won't open it, claiming it is unsafe. I'm using the latest Classic Shell, and dollar signs have begun to appear in the Start Menu with no explanation.
I'm using Windows 8.
What do Dollar Signs mean, and how does one get rid of them? |
