Disable Fast Startup in Win and disable fast boot in bios probably fix my problem.
I had problem when I had disable fast boot in bios and enabled Fast Startup in Windows.

I have new laptop Asus G750JH with windows 8.1 and after installation Classic Shell it makes me this mistake: When I shut down computer and than switch on, so I see win logo during boot without rings, but win never start.
