I would like this as well. I am used to right-clicking on the start menu icon and getting the win-x menu on 8 and it would be really nice to have access to that menu under 7! An additional request would be to make it like the 8.1/2012R2 menu with "Shut Down or Sign Out" submenu. This is so...
