I had Classic Shell installed on Win8 and updated to WIN 8.1 When I power up the windows Tile screen appears. It does not go away until you click WINDOWS + D. On WIN 8 the classic screen appeared when the pc started. How can I get Classic Shell to start up when WIN 8.1 starts instead of the tile scr...
