I edit MSI (x64) file Classic Shell 4.0.4 in Orca. In the table FEATURE for feature ClassicIE I change LEVEL to 0 or 200 but still ClassicIE install in my system. When change feature example ClassicShellUpdate it is ok - feature not install it. Why?
