This problem is resolved: Symptom: After update to version 4.0.4, program kept reminding me to update the program. Even after pc reboot and registry clean. Classic Shell support requested me to send a log file. They analyzed the log file and advised " I see you have version 4.0.2 of ClassicExpl...

After updating to version 4.0.4, Classic Shell keeps reminding me to update the program. As a test, I un-selected "Automatically check for new versions", but I still get the update reminders. (Win 8.1 Pro)
