On Windows 10 systems allow users to pick the Windows 10 start menu item. Very desirable to me as we have different users of different user skill levels on our system.

OK... just found the shift-click options. Nice. Tip in select menu format might help others like me.

A way not so much to control specific order but to have points in the Start Menu that are assigned gravity names along with the ability to associated menu items with gravity names. A very useful extension would be to also be able to assign gravity points on the desktop. Wish I had time to learn enou...
