Is there a beta download for this, or is it to be released when finished? A quick Googling of "Start9" revealed some sort of retro gaming service, lol

I like the Win 10 style, but I hate the constant Cortana integration always cutting in at the worst possible moment ("Make sure Cortana can hear you..." etc). Thoughts?
