:o I currently have Windows 10 Pro version 1703 (OS Build 15063.674). Since the recent Creators Update, I, too, lose the vertical height setting on my taskbar. It will stay for the current session but when I reboot my computer the height goes back to being one bar high. VERY ANNOYING and troublesome...
