Changing it to not launch as Administrator fixed the problem! Thanks for the help and the fantastic program xD

Hi, I installed and used Classic Shell no problem, then I upgraded to Windows 8.1. Having done a few google searches on how to fix the new problem of Classic Shell not launching on its own after the update, I tried to solve the problem with various fixes I found, but nothing has seemed to work.
