The Windows 10 Creators Update just went through and I now have unclickable shortcuts on my desktop and a second unclickable taskbar underneath my regular taskbar. I uninstalled Classic Shell but nothing changed. It appears that the extra desktop shortcuts are the shortcuts that I had before I even ...
