This error is likely when the permissions on your temporary folder (%tmp%) are messed up. The Classic Shell installer extracts the MSIs to the Temp folder and it is unable to do so for some reason on your PC. I Cannot install latest version 4.0.2 on my win 8.0...

I run the install as Administrator.

Keep getting error 2203.

Currently using CS 3.6.8

Help !
