I am running Word 2003 in Windows 7 with Classic Shell and want to customize my normal.dot. In the past I experienced little difficulty, but with Windows 7 and Classic Shell installed, I cannot even find this file on my PC! The folders where it might be are also inaccessible. I use Classic Shell to replicate (more or less) Windows XP on Windows 7. Two problems: (1) When scrolling up down the Explorer tree, the cursor takes on a life of its own and accelerates to the top and bottom. This makes it hard to select folders in the middle. How to prevent this annoying behaviour...
