| The problem disappears when using "Windows 7 Style" as the Start Menu Style. ... but it re-appeared for some reason. The taskbar height setting is sticky for a while when I change the Start Menu style but then the problem re-appears. Not a major issue but it's annoying. I'm not sure that ... |

| Try using the default Windows start button, not the Classic Shell. See if that makes a difference. This doesn't change anything.
