Thanks but when I right click the IE10 toolbar area, it lists Classic Explorer Bar. Also, in Manage Add-Ons, it shows that Classic IE9BHO Class is enabled but it doesn't appear on the right click toolbar list.

Ok, here's the second attempt. The first one disappeared when the upload couldn't find the right server. I installed Classic Shell on my Win8 32 bit machine with IE10 but am having trouble activating the toolbar. I did enable add on extensions but when I right click the toolbar area, Classic Explore...
