Search for the other ID in the registry, the one that starts with E342F. Maybe you can find what it is related to, like some driver or software that is not completely installed or uninstalled. If I click in the icon, nothing happens. Absolutely nothing. If I right click the icon, Windows says there is no space to create the link for it... I'm not saying Classic Start Menu messed anything into Windows. Just that into it's folder "Control Panel" is being "read" and "show" an entry that I cannot see into Windows Control Panel. Maybe a developer could say where/what is being "read" to post the info...
