Thank you very much, admin. Yeah, I noticed I couldn't open the control panel either, because I thought if I tweaked a setting I might be able to fix it. Now I know that's not what it needs. I will post again after I work up the courage to remove the ITD file or program. Thanks again!

I have Classic Shell 4.3.0 and I recently received the Windows 10 Creators update, but I lost the ability to use Classic Start Menu due to a recurring (looping?) type of explorer(?) crash and restart that never ends until I end the Classic Shell process in Task Manager.
