I have being using Windows XP Luna Skin to imitate Windows XP on 8.1 put there is no Bottom Blue Bar where Turn Off and Restart Buttons should be located. http://s13.postimg.org/qe9elrf9z/luna.png -- Should look like this http://www.coolnerds.com/xp/startmenu/xpStartMenu03.gif

Is there a way to go Straight to the Task Manager with Control-Alt-Delete like in Windows XP.

I also do not like the Windows 8 Version of the Task Manager, is it possible to revert to the Win 7 version.
