I've read the FAQ and done everything suggested there but Classic Shell refuses to go away. It will not uninstall without the file "ClassicShellSetup64_3_6_4.msi." I have tried to reinstall the same version as suggested but it will not install because I don't have "ClassicShellSetup64...
