Most likely the addon got disabled for some reason. It does not usually happen when you upgrade. Maybe you have some security setting that automatically disables addons after they are installed. Now I remember why I can never remember how I fixed it. Just wait. Within an hour or two it starts working and you can select the toolbar. Go figure.

This annoying problem seems to happen any time I let the program update and I can never remember what I did last time to make it work again. After 4.0.2 update, the Explorer View->Toolbars->Classic Explorer Bar is greyed out. I even rebooted (PITA) to see if that fixed it but it didn't. What must I ...
