Thanks for the new instructions, but classic shell crashes when I right-click, so I can't follow instruction #5 to zip files.

Hi again, I tried to follow those instructions and got the command prompt to work, but I wasn't sure if I captured the crash or not! I have 3 dmp files saved but it won't allow me to upload them here and I don't know how to zip them (I have JZip loaded on my computer but can't work out how to use it...

Hi again, I have downloaded the procdump file, but don't know how to open a command prompt in the folder?
