I've notice blurry fonts in many applications (e.g. Chrome) post upgrading to Windows 8.1. The fix with these is to right click the app shortcut and under Properties, Compatibility check 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'. The same is happening with Classic Shell Explorer and I can't fin...
