When we load any icon as a start menu, it's vertically centered. For icons larger than the bar this makes it get cut off on the bottom. I'd limply like a checkbox that lets it vertically position from the bottom edge up so none of the icon gets cut off, and it can overlap on the desktop instead. Tha...
