Issue resolved by re-enabling the "AMD External Events Utility" service.

I tried to disable AV, no change.

There's lots of stuff in Process Monitor, not sure where to look.

Hi, I'm running 4.2.5. Classic Start Menu was working fine but recently it started doing this. When I click on some applications in the Start Menu, Windows freezes for about 10 seconds and then the application runs. I've had this problem on Windows 8.1 and after upgrading to Windows 10, the problem ...

It applies to all items and restarting the start menu fixes it.

I'm trying to figure out when exactly does it happen.

I've updated to 4.0.2 on Windows 8.1 today and after some time (10 - 15 minutes after boot) the mouse hover over an item stops working, I have to click on the sub-menu for it to open.
