It appears that in Classic Shell 4.0, irrespective of the "Expand folder shortcuts" setting, a shortcut to a folder does not appear as a submenu in the Start Menu. Current behaviour: Folder shortcut opens the folder in Windows Explorer (like a shortcut to a folder). Expected behaviour: Fol...
