Nothing should overlap Classic Shell. Can you provide a screenshot? Well seems that was just an old issue. After I rebooted the PC - all is well. I have to assume this is the most common question for Windows 8 Users. I want to use Classic Shell in a Domain environment with a Domain login and want it to work the same for all users. If other programs overlap Classic Shell, it will make it too 'unfinished' to use. I thought I saw something about...
