went back to build 1511 and problem seem to be gone away.

turn off sophos and issue still occurs uploaded two more dump files

Will disable anti-virus, while leaving defender on.

Thanks for the prompt response, that dump was performed after restarting explorer after the freeze/slowdown, maybe thats why it didn't show anything I have uploaded another dump named "sam-explorer slowdown - freeze windows 10 - slowdown 11-15-16" this time I didn't restarted the explorer ...

I need help with windows 10 and classic shell, latest version, explorer sometimes freezes, restarting the explorer brings it back to normal.
