I used the ClassicShellUtility that cleared all data errors and Installed again.

I'm trying and trying with command lines and without, Installation not possible. The previous ClassicShell Folder is: C:\Programs\Classic Shell Before upgrading to Win 10 Anniversary Classic Shell was running perfectly. Uninstalling the previous one installed not possible.
