I have installed Classic Shell 4.3.1 on a Windows 11 system, build 22000.194 and so far I have had no problems with it.

Hi, Thanks for your suggestions. Hi,
I tried the "XP Classic Retro rev E" skin and it does fix my original problem but the font is different.
I think I know how to change Fonts in skins using Resource Hacker, so does anyone know what the fonts are in my original post please?

That's most likely because you have some registry hacks to hide Favorites or similar folders. It is not related to Classic Shell. Thanks for your offer.

I did find the Recent Documents option in the Special Items tab. I presume it's that one but it's greyed out. Hovering over it, the message box says 'This setting has been locked by a group policy'.

Any idea which one please?

Hi,

In XP, an overlapped hand icon is used for shared folders.

In Windows 7, this appears to have been replaced by a pictiure of two people.

Is there any way, using Classic Shell, to restore the overlapped hand for shared folders please?
