Winaero Ribbon Disabler did the trick.
I use Winaero Tweaker but didn't realize there is a ribbon tweaker too.
Thanks to all the third parties who are helping to keep Windows 10 in its' cage.

The toolbar currently has the Windows 10 ribbon drop downs with headers: FILE, HOME, SHARE, VIEW, DRIVE TOOLS / MANAGE. I should be seeing FILE, EDIT, VIEW, TOOLS, HELP along with the older, (Win 7) more user friendly drop-down options underneath which are: ORGANIZE, INCLUDE SELECTED FOLDER IN LIBRA...
