version 4.1 is the newest version listed in my downloads file, but I don't know where to go to see that for sure

yes, it works from there, and updates over to the start menu, but it still doesn't work from the start menu

I have windows 8 with Classic Shell, and I have it set up to give me a windows 7-style start menu. I have Word 2013 pinned to my start menu, and have it set up to show recent documents when i hover over the Word 2013 icon. Recently, the pin function has stopped working. I can't unpin anything curren...
