| I don't see many task bar skins i reall want so is it just simple make a bar or is it like start menu where you have to do something else? |

Okay, so I've been having fun changing the taskbar and start menu skins but on windows 10 when I'm in a program this happens  how do I get rid of that black box around icons? (The one around opera) |

I don't know if this is the right forum but i had a start button that was too big so i did -1 on size and now its gone and i cant open the settings how do i open the setting without it(ive tried right clicking where it was)  |
