It fixed it thank you so much, hell if I know how that remained on my PC or why it didnt interfere before but I am happy no more horrid windows 10 start menu TYSM

Made no difference, only happens when the start menu part is added.

I was running classic shell before I stupidly asked microsoft to help fix my computer, well now I have done a clean install of windows 10 (dont let them play with your registry they dont know what they are doing). Now I tried installing classic shell 4.2.5c again and it will constantly refresh the d...
