I'm using W-7 Home Premium on this PC. I've already activated the latest Shell on my other W-8.1 laptop ( which is now W-10 ), it looks OK. Now want to upgrade to W-10 on this W-7 PC. I've downloaded Shell on this W-7 PC, shall I install it before I upgrade to W-10, or should I wait until I activate...
