I am a newbie here. My Start Menu is almost just like XP's. However, there is one part I can't seem to get to work. On the actual XP Start Menu, there is a blue bar at the bottom with Log Off and Turn Off Computer on it, aligned to the right. On mine, they are in separate columns, without the bottom...
