Have to set"Skin" to 'Classic'

I have two Windows 10 machines. The background of the Start Menu on the one just set up yesterday is a dark blue (I hate it), white text whereas the one done months ago is a nice white background and dark text.

I have set the Override glass color to white, but it does not change.

What am I missing
