Yes, I removed them from the WIM image using this command.

It's just the shortcut showing there, apps are not installed/working when I click on any of these icons.

Edit : Actually I'm not sure I've added the -AllUsers switch when removing apps, gonna try again.

Win10 Pro domain joined. When a new user logins to the workstation, the start menu is filled with some recent programs that I don't know where they come from.
