Hrmmm... it is my own computer but I don't know what or how I tripped it up. I guess I'll have to look up the registry entries or something to verify things are pointing to the right folders.

They seem to both be in their proper start menu folders the one appearing with the updater is in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu, which is also where it is located on my second computer which does not have this issue. For some reason both the All Users programs AND my personal Users programs are being shown in the start menu. I poked at the settings and couldn't find why this is happening. In Customize Start Menu it only shows the second one.
