Plus it looks like Start10 only works on windows 10.

Looks good, still you need to minimize everything to access the desktop.

"Programs" entry could start right to the start button though, to avoid a mouse trip...
The idea is to access anything in maximum 2 clicks... for mouse users the auto popup menus are best. This would be a good mix for tablet users.
