I'd like to be able to open multiple programs without the start menu disappearing (having it stay on top while the program is loading) when that program is opened with ctrl being held down. The advantage being that the start menu will still be up if multiple programs are desired to be opened in one ...

I'd like to know if it would be possible to change the default shutdown option for the box instead of having to hover over shutdown in order to choose hibernate. If it's not possible, I think this would be a useful feature.
