Are you sure this is related to Classic Shell? This looks like the normal Windows button That is with the Classic Start Menu enabled on the Windows 7 mode. The black bar beside the start button next to the Control Panel icon is the issue. It also tweaks out as you move your mouse over it. I am usin...
