Good Evening to you all, I hope someone can offer some help? I have recently had some strange behaviour start with my Start Button! There is a Dreadful Lag, some 3 seconds between the 1st Mouse (Left Click) to the Opening of the Start Menu. The delay causes me to 2nd Click the mouse and then the Me...
